The Tab S4's 10.5-inch 2560×1600 Super AMOLED is fully laminated, so a cracked front means replacing the fused display assembly as one unit rather than a glass-only patch that won't hold. Years of charging swell the glued 7,300mAh battery, lifting the panel at the edges, so we heat-separate and reseal it properly. The S4 dropped the fingerprint reader for iris/face unlock, so there's no sensor to transfer, but we recalibrate the battery-free S Pen digitizer and AKG quad speakers after every display swap.

Can you replace just the cracked glass on my Tab S4 and keep the AMOLED?

No — the Tab S4's Super AMOLED is laminated directly to the glass with no air gap, so the glass and panel are one fused part. Replacing glass alone risks killing the display, so we swap the complete 10.5-inch assembly.

My Tab S4 screen is lifting on one side and the back feels raised — what's wrong?

That's a classic swollen battery. The Tab S4's 7,300mAh cell is glued under the display and expands with age, prying the laminated panel up. We replace the battery and reseat the screen before the AMOLED cracks.

I lost the pressure feel of my S Pen after a drop — can you fix the Tab S4 pen?

Yes. The Tab S4 uses a battery-free Wacom-style S Pen that talks to a digitizer layer behind the AMOLED. If that digitizer is damaged we replace it with the display assembly and recalibrate pressure sensitivity.
