The big cover screen on my Flip cracked — can you replace just that?

Yes — the 3.4-inch Flex Window is its own assembly, so we can swap the cover screen without touching the inner foldable panel.

The inner screen has a bubble or peeling film at the fold — is that the screen breaking?

That's usually the factory protector lifting, a known Flip wear point; if the panel underneath is intact we can re-protect rather than replace it.

My Flip won't stay closed or grinds at the hinge — can you service it?
